Fresh Produce at Sangam

About this range

A curry is only as good as its ingredients, so we keep a fresh produce table stocked with the vegetables and herbs that do not always turn up at a regular supermarket: bottle gourd, bitter gourd, ridge gourd and okra, eggplant and drumsticks, fenugreek and colocasia leaves, banana flower, curry leaves and fresh coriander by the bunch, and a proper range of green and red chillies. Raw and seasonal mango come in when they are in season.

On our shelves

The vegetables and herbs that make Indian home cooking taste right, kept fresh on the shop floor.
